Behavior Guidelines

Our Mission

At SportyJerseyStyle, our mission is to break the cycle of poverty and vulnerability through the dignity of work. In Haiti, our sister organization LIFE S.A. (LIFE) serves as our apparel maker, and together we are committed to higher goals than simply compliance. While LIFE will fully comply with the Fair Labor Association (FLA) Code of Conduct, our vision is to turn the entire SportyJerseyStyle enterprise into a life-changing force for workers, their families, and vulnerable children worldwide.

Our Core Objectives

  • The Best-Paying Apparel Business in Haiti: We aim to recognize the value and merit of our workers by offering wages that surpass industry standards and empower sustainable livelihoods.
  • The Most Transparent Production Process: With our open-door policy, we welcome customers and visitors to see firsthand what we do, how we do it, and why transparency matters.
  • The Most Generous Apparel Enterprise: A significant portion of profits goes directly toward programs caring for orphaned and vulnerable children around the world.
